What do I need to pay off my mortgage early?
All you need to do is request a final settlement figure. This is simply the amount of your current mortgage balance plus any interest that's due up to the date of settlement, plus any early repayment charge or exit fee that's due. These can vary depending on your mortgage product's terms and conditions.
How long are the settlement figures valid?
Our settlement figures are normally valid for 28 days, giving you plenty of time to repay your account.
How can I pay?
We accept repayment via debit card either online or over the telephone. You can also pay via bank transfer if you wish.
