General FAQs
How do I become an approved intermediary partner?
To become an approved intermediary partner, you must first register your details through our website, and subsequently complete a formal onboarding process.
Complete the ‘Register with us’ form on the intermediaries homepage and someone will be in contact.
What documents are required to complete onboarding?
To complete your onboarding, we only require two forms. The first is a due diligence form, which helps us meet our regulatory and compliance requirements. The second is an application form that enables us to establish a tripartite agreement between your firm, Central Trust, and Equifax, allowing you to access the services and data required to operate through our platform. Once both forms have been completed and reviewed, we can begin the approval process.
How long does the approval process take?
The approval process takes around 24 hours to complete.
How do I submit a new case or quotation request?
Once you have access to our portal, you will be able to submit cases and / or obtain quotes.
What types of clients and cases do you support?
We consider a wide range of client profiles and circumstances, from prime and near-prime applicants through to less-prime cases. We also support clients with complex income structures, including self-employed applicants, multiple income sources, contractors, company directors, and those receiving benefits. Whether your client has straightforward or more challenging circumstances, every application is assessed on its own merits, and we will consider all cases submitted to us.
Can I track the status of my submissions online?
Yes, the status of the application will be updated as your application progresses, and you can track this on the portal.
When and how is commission paid?
Commission is paid within 24 hours of completion, by bank transfer.
Who do I contact for underwriting or case support?
Any of the underwriting team or sales support will be more than happy to help or assist you.

To reset your password if you've forgotten it, you can click the 'Forgot your password?' button and follow the steps on the email that follows.
How are renewals, amendments, and cancellations managed?
Your intermediary agency agreement will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains up to date and continues to meet our compliance and operational requirements. If any issues or concerns are identified during the review process, these will be discussed with you and, where appropriate, guidance will be provided on any actions required. Any amendments to your agency details should be communicated to us as soon as possible to ensure our records remain accurate.
