Payment difficulties

If you’re worried about being able to pay your regular repayment, don’t panic. We understand and are here to help, so do contact us as soon as possible. One of our sympathetic team will talk to you about your situation and suggest possible solutions, including part-payments, until things improve.

Use our monthly budget planner

It’s worth finding out where your money goes by using our monthly budget planner. By entering all your direct debits, standing orders and regular spending, it will show you your complete outgoings compared to your income. It will make it easy for you to see if there are any areas you could cut back on in order to save money.

Keep to any payment plan we agree with you, or let us know if there’s another change in your circumstances that might mean you have problems sticking to the arranged plan.

Check if you’re entitled to any state benefits or tax credits which could help you to increase your income. You can do this online here. If you’ve an insurance policy, check whether that could help with your payments.
