“I started work with CT as a Trainee Secured Loan Underwriter in 1998. Having previously worked for 10 years for a High Street Bank I quickly realised and appreciated the benefits of working for a smaller, fast thinking, entrepreneurial Company like CT. After achieving targets and new levels of performance I was quickly promoted to Team Leader. In 2000 I was promoted to Senior Team Leader and again in 2002 to Head of Loan Broking. In 2004 I became Operations Director of Loan Broking. I am currently Strategic Business Unit Director of Loan Broking. Over the years I have been encouraged and motivated to achieve new levels of success. I guess my greatest achievement was in 2006 when I led the Loan Brokerage to sustained levels of record performance.”
