Central Trust believes that good governance is central to achieving our objective of ‘maximising shareholder value’ over time and at any point in time.
Central Trust is led by Executive Chairman Andrew Turner and is supported by the Central Trust PLC Board and the Senior Management Team.
The Board meets each month in order to review group strategy, and the operations and results of the business.
The Board is supported in their duties by a Group Company Secretary and Group Internal Auditor.
The Board has delegated to the Senior Management Team the power to make decisions on operational matters within an agreed framework.
The Senior Management Team consists of General Managers responsible for running our strategic business units and Group Centre functional experts, who set policy and support the strategic business units (Finance, HR, Risk, Operations).
