Celebrating Success

There is nothing we like better than celebrating success and we do so often. We frequently have daily, weekly or monthly incentives and our Star Awards programme recognises and rewards outstanding achievement.

Stars of the Month

Every month each one of our businesses nominates a star performer who receives £50 of store vouchers. The monthly winners from each business are then nominated for an overall group award where the winner receives £500 tax free.

Star of the Year

The overall winners of the monthly awards are then put forward for the Star of Year award where the winner receives a £12,000 car in a prize-giving ceremony at our Summer Party.

2007 Star of the Year

In July 2007, Andrea Webster received the keys to a brand new Peugeot 207 from Andrew Turner, our Chairman who said 'Andrea thoroughly deserved to win this award for all the hard work she put in back in 2006'.
