| Andrew Turner - Executive Chairman |
|
Andrew (Andy) Turner founded Central Trust in West London May 1988.
Having been named in the top five in the Management Today list of Britain's top 100 entrepreneurs on four occasions, Andrew was the Ernst and Young Overall Central Region Entrepreneur of the Year 2003.
Andrew’s roles before starting Central Trust have included that of managing director of the UK subsidiary of a Canadian second mortgage lender, a management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and a management accountant at Ford.
A Chartered Certified Accountant and a Chartered Management Accountant, Andrew holds an MBA from City Business School.
Andrew was appointed a director of Norwich City Football Club PLC in 2007.

| Richard Fairman - Chief Finance Officer |
|
Richard Fairman joined Central Trust in October 2007, having been Group Finance Director of Virgin Money for four years.
A Chartered Accountant, Richard qualified with Ernst & Young, before joining PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he was Group Leader of their Assurance/Business Advisory Services department in East Anglia.
Richard holds a BA in Economics.

| Chris Jones - Non-Executive(Marketing) |
|
Chris Jones, who was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Central Trust in 2008, has spent over 20 years in the marketing services industry, the last five of them as Worldwide CEO of J. Walter Thompson.
Amongst his wide range of business and not-for-profit interests, Chris is Operating Partner and Chairman of the Allocations Committee of the private equity firm, Cognetas LLP (formerly Electra Partners Europe) and is on the board of a number of companies within its portfolio.
Non executive directorships held by Chris include De Beers Diamond Jewellers Limited and Results Business Consulting Limited. Chris is also a Governor of St Edward’s School and the Dragon School in Oxford, a member of the Executive Committee of the International Institute for Strategic Studies and of the Board of the Oxford Literary Festival.
An MA Cantab, Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising and an FRSA.

| Jeremy Masding - Group Chief Executive Officer |
|
Jeremy Masding joined Central Trust as CEO in December 2007, having gained over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, working for businesses within the Barclays Group.
Most recently the CEO for four years of Firstplus, Barclays’ secured loans wing, Jeremy worked within a number of business units within Barclays Bank, as well as having held the position of Director - Strategy Development, Group Strategy & Planning.
Jeremy is credited with helping Firstplus to 12th position in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For in 2005 and 1st in Wales, having been shortlisted for Welsh CEO of the year in 2004 and 2005.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Jeremy holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.

| Andrew Smith - Non-Executive(Risk) |
|
Appointed a Non-Executive Director of Central Trust in 2008, Andrew Smith has 25 years’ experience gained in financial institutions and is currently the Group Chief Actuary of LV= (formerly Liverpool Victoria).
A Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, Andrew spent seven years with HBOS, as Chief Financial and Operational Risk Officer, acting as Vice Chairman of all HBOS Executive Risk Committees. Prior to that, Andrew was a Partner at KPMG, leading the Financial Services Risk Consultancy Practice, pioneering the development of many modern risk tools.
Andrew is also a Fellow of a number of other institutes, including the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Institute of Risk Management and the Institute of Credit Management and holds a PhD from Oxford University, as well as an MBA and an MA.

| Matt Symonds - Non-Executive(Strategy) |
|
Appointed a Non-Executive Director of Central Trust in 2008, Matt Symonds, who is a partner in Bain & Company’s UK Financial Services Practice, has over ten years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on consumer finance, wealth management, asset management, credit cards, investment banking and retail banking.
Matt joined Bain from Marakon Associates in London, where he worked for nine years, two of them as a partner and office leader.
Matt holds an MA in English Literature from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD.

| Sharon Turner - Non-Executive(Finance) |
|
Sharon Turner joined Central Trust in April 1998. Between April 1998 and October 2004 she jointly ran the group with Andrew Turner. Appointed to the board in 1999, since October 2004 Sharon has been a Non-Executive Director, with a particular focus on Finance.
Before joining Central Trust she worked for Barclays and Canada Permanent, where latterly she was Finance Director, before joining Deutsche Bank as Investment Director.
Sharon is a Chartered Management Accountant.
Sharon was appointed a director of Norwich City Football Club PLC in 2007.
