History

Central Trust was formed by Andrew Turner and began trading on 1 May 1988.

We started in small offices in the west end of London and moved out to Hendon, North London in 1991. In 1995, having outgrown these premises, we moved to Watford.

In September 2000 we opened a further office, in Norwich, which is also our Head Office.

In late 2007, we enhanced our structure by strengthening the Board through the appointment of Non-Executive Directors and a Group Chief Executive.

In 2009, we moved to a more formal holding company structure – a portfolio of trading companies supported by a small, professionally staffed Group Centre.
