Group Operational Analyst - Salary £45 - £55,000 + bonus & benefits

The Group Operational Analyst will be responsible for delivering and maintaing an operational factbase throughout the business as well as driving improvement across core KPI's through process, technology and capacity management. 

You will be responsible for providing analytical support and project implemetation skills, to enable the development of the operational infrastructure.  You will also deliver process and infrastructure improvements while proactively identifying areas of opportunity for further development.

Successful candidates will have experience of:

Implementing an operational factbase for a business unit.

Demonstrating the ability to personally implement process and technology improvements.

Implementation of lean or six sigma projects.

Managing forcasting (supply and demand) in a dynamic, fast moving organisation.

Use of SQL/BRIO appropriate data mining tools.

Internal Auditor - Salary £35 -£40,000 + bonus & benefits

We are looking for an Internal Auditor to work with the Group Head of Internal Audit to deliver a high quality, cost effective internal audit role throughout the buisness.  This will involve delivering the 'end to end' work programmes for the business reviews.  In addition you will provide opinions on the effectiveness of control to the business and Group Head of Internal Audit, supported by a world class audit process.

The successful candiate:

Will be expected to demonstrate a strong business acumen

Be able to identify and highlight opportunities to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and economy of operations

Have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Internal Audit environment  

Have an understanding of risk management, Sarbanes-Oxley S.404 and the Financial Services Arena.

Underwriting Manager - Salary £40 - £45,000 + bonus & benefits

Reporting to the Business Unit Director of Central Lending Ltd the Underwriting Manager will have direct reports in the underwriting team leaders and underwriting teams.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operational management of these teams. 

Other responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and achievement of agreed SLA's with third parties

Accurate underwriting against prescribed criteria

Achieving budgeted profit figures.

They will also need to be geographically mobile as there will be a need to travel to commercial partners from time to time.

The candidate will need to have operational management experience preferably in a lending environment although this is not essential.  Experience of meeting targets would be required as well as experience of managing staff and setting team and individual objectives to maximise performance.

Compliance Manager - Salary c£45,000 + bonus & benefits

Reporting to the respective Business Unit Director this role is focused on designing, building and managing best-in-class Compliance solutions. This role represents a really exciting challenge for an experienced Compliance Manager who wants to take genuine ownership and responsibility for delivery and service levels.

You will be at the very heart of the business and work closely with a new Management Team specifically recruited to achieve at least a threefold growth over the next 4 years.

Candidates must have a high level of professional competence but also a genuine desire to step out of a technical role and broaden their expertise by contributing to the overall running of the business and the delivery of our ultimate growth plans.

Successful candidates must be:

Fully FCP qualified with a strong appreciation of key regulatory themes such as TCF,ICOB, MCOB, Arrow2

 Approved Persons with a proven track record in a demanding, fast-paced financial services environment.

 

Project Manager - Salary £35 - £40,000 + bonus & benefits

Reporting to the Senior Project/Programme Manager you will have at least 5 years solid project management experience with some exposure to the consumer finance sector.  You will be able to apply the Prince2 methodology, manage the complete project lifestyle, whilst being accountable for the delivery of world class solutions to business requirements. 

The successful candidate will:

Be able to chair project meetings and reviews and regularly communicate stage & exception reports

Produce all necessary project documentation such as PID and Lesson Learned Reports

Will have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Be able to liaise with operational, sales, systems and supplier teams to identify change requirements

Be a proven leader with the ability to motivate and manage people in matrix teams
